Rights of Individuals Whose Personal Data is Processed According to Article 11 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK):

• To learn whether their personal data is being processed,
• To request information if their personal data has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with its purpose,
• To know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• To request the correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request that the correction be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in cases where the reasons for processing no longer exist, even if it has been processed in accordance with KVKK and other relevant laws, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
• To object to the emergence of a result against the individual by analyzing processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for damages arising from the unlawful processing of personal data.

These rights can be exercised by submitting a written request to our clinic.

Processing and Sharing of Personal Data:

Your personal data may be processed in compliance with the fundamental principles stipulated by the Law and within the conditions and purposes of personal data processing specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. For the purposes outlined above, your data may be shared with:

• Our clinic, the Ministry of Health, its affiliated sub-units, and family health centers,
• Private insurance companies (health, retirement, life insurance, etc.),
• The Social Security Institution,
• The General Directorate of Security and other law enforcement agencies,
• The General Directorate of Population,
• The Turkish Pharmacists’ Association,
• Public prosecutors and courts,
• Laboratories, medical centers, and third-party healthcare providers in Turkey or abroad with whom we cooperate for medical diagnosis,
• Healthcare institutions where the patient is referred or voluntarily applies,
• Authorized representatives, third-party consultants, regulatory and supervisory institutions, and official authorities,
• Our suppliers, service providers, and partners providing support services.

All data sharing will comply with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.

Use of Security Cameras and Guest Monitoring:

Our clinic conducts personal data processing activities by using security cameras and recording guest entrances and exits. In this regard, our clinic acts in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and security regulations.

Digital records are stored and safeguarded, and access is restricted to authorized personnel and/or employees of service providers. Camera recordings are retained for a period of two months.

Please note that open areas in this workplace are monitored by camera recordings.
